FCレアーレ保護者ミーティング！子どもも保護者もみんなが輝く団体に　We held a meeting with parents of FC Reale Japan.

昨日、今年度2回目の、FCレアーレ・ジャパンの保護者とのミーティングを開催しました。

FCレアーレは、単なるサッカー教室ではなく、サッカーを通して、子どもたちが生きる力を身につける場、大人も子どももみんなが輝ける場でありたいと思います。
だから、保護者とのミーティングも大切な活動であり、ミーティングを重ねることで、レアーレワールドの理念を理解してもらい、保護者と共に子どもたちを育てる、保護者参加型のチームづくりを目指しています。

子どもたちは大人の背中を見て育ちます。
周りの大人たちが、目的を持って生き、柔軟な考えを持ち、自分で選択して行動し、ペイフォーワードの精神でいれば、子どもたちも自然にそれを真似るものです。
だから、レアーレワールドでは、FCレアーレの保護者を対象に、大人が自分と向き合い、生き生きと生きるためのメンタルコーチングにも取り組んでいます。

今回のミーティングでは、改めて、このようなレアーレワールドの理念や、目的をお話させてもらい、保護者にも活動に参加してもらい、一つの大きなチームとしてチーム力をアップしていきたいということを伝えました。

FCレアーレの特別コーチでもあるサントス理事からも、シンプルながら大切な話をしてもらいました。

これからも、FCレアーレは保護者と、ミーティングを重ねながら、理念を共有し、なぜレアーレはこれをしているのかなどを、理解してもらえるように努めたいと思います。

希望がたくさんの子どもたちを、希望を持って大人たちみんなで育て、レアーレを通して、将来どんな分野に進んでも、その道でリーダーでいられる人を育てていきたい。

Yesterday, we held a meeting with parents of FC Reale Japan.

FC Reale is more than just a soccer class. We also want to be a place where children can gain the power to live through soccer.

Therefore, meetings with parents are also an important activity. We want parents to understand the philosophy of Reale World, and we want to raise children together with them.

Children grow up looking at the backs of adults.
If the adults around them live purposefully, have flexible ideas, choose and act on their own, and in the spirit of pay-forward, they will do the same as adults. ..

At Reale World, we hold mental coaching courses for parents of FC Reale so that adults are  full of life

From now on, FC Reale will continue to hold meetings with parents to share the philosophy, have them understand why Reale is doing this, and continue activities to raise children together.

Through Reale, we want to nurture people who can be leaders in any field in the future.
