Caring for the soil and creating an environment where food can grow well is caring for ourselves — and for the future. Through agriculture and fair trade, we live not only for today but help future generations live well.

By using our bodies and striving toward our goals, we learn to overcome the weakness and doubt of both body and mind. Each time we do, the confidence to say “I can do it” takes root. Because we face our own pain and weakness, we become able to understand others — and that imagination becomes compassion.
Harmony (WA)
‒ To Connect ‒
Although we live as individuals, our encounters with new people, cultures and ways of thinking awaken our senses. Knowledge becomes wisdom, feelings become connection. No one lives alone; no one can live alone. Harmony begins with an awareness of “all of us,” and through it we move forward together into the future.
