Representative Director Aya Miyoshi
Born in 1976. Graduated from the Department of Educational Practice, Faculty of Education, Shinshu University. Guided by her belief that “education exists in practice,” she began exploring approaches to education beyond the framework of schools. After working in the apparel industry, she founded a fair-trade shop in 2004. Focusing on “living,” she has been engaged in activities both in Japan and abroad, working toward a society free from economic disparity and discrimination through community-building initiatives in developing countries and other projects. In 2010, she established a place for children to grow and learn in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and began promoting intercultural exchange. In 2015, she founded REALE WORLD, which became a Certified Nonprofit Organization in 2019. Director Santosh Shahukhala

His talent earned him a professional contract at the age of 15, making him the youngest professional football player in Nepal at the time. From 2007 to 2015, he represented Nepal on the national team and later played professionally in Bangladesh, the Maldives, Indonesia, and other countries, receiving numerous awards and recognitions for his achievements. He joined REALE WORLD in 2015. In January 2020, he became the first player in Nepal League history to score 100 career goals and still holds the league’s all-time scoring record. After retiring from the hotel industry, she worked as a freelance writer.
