FCレアーレのバル・ゴパル監督がU-20ネパール代表のアシスタントコーチに就任！

インドで開催されるサッカーU-20南アジアチャンピオンシップ（7月25日から8月5日）に向けて、新体制でスタートしたU-20代表チーム。

先日は、FCレアーレの青年チームより2名の選手が、選考テストに合格し、強化キャンプに参加できることになったことをお知らせしましたが、さらに、嬉しいニュースをお知らせします。

FCレアーレのバル・ゴパル監督が、この新体制のU-20代表チームのアシスタントコーチとして就任しました。

昨年度の冬のシーズンでは、ネパールトッププロリーグのチームで監督を務めたバル・ゴパル監督。その時の指導や取り組みが、サッカーを理解したチームづくりをしていたと認められ、ネパールサッカー協会のテクニカル委員会の推薦を受け、今回のU-20代表チームのアシスタントコーチ就任となりました。

2021年に、AFCの指導者Aライセンスを取得、確実に指導者としてのキャリアを積み上げているバル・ゴパル監督。そして、そのキャリアを積む中で得た知識やアイデアで、FCレアーレの選手や若手コーチをリードしてくれています。

スキルだけでなく、精神面やオフザピッチでのあり方も含めて選手を育成する姿勢のバル・ゴパル監督の取り組みは、時間はかかりますが、確実に若者の育成に貢献しています。

自分のキャリアアップは自分のためだけではなくて
FCレアーレのためであり、
レアーレワールドのためでもある。

バル・ゴパル監督は、コツコツと努力して、実績を出すことの大切さを自身の姿を通して、Realeの選手たちに見せ続けてくれています。

2013年にネパールでFCレアーレがスタートして9年。長年にわたり、ネパールでの活動を支えてくださっている日本のご支援のおかげで、ネパールで着実に指導者が育っています。

本当にありがとうございます。

Appointed U-20 National Team Assistant Coach!

Newly formed U-20 National team towards the Football U-20 South Asia Championship (25 JUL – 05AUG) held in India.
We have just shared the news that two players from the FC REALE Youth team passed the selection test and could participate in the camp training.
And here came the good news again.

FC REALE Manager Bal GOPAL was appointed as this U-20 National Team assistant coach.

He was in charge of the Nepal Top Pro-League as a manager during the last winter season.
And this is the result of the appraisal by the technical committee of the Nepal Football  Association for making up the comprehensive team by his initiative and leadership.

In 2021 Bal GOPAL acquired AFC’s coach A license, pursuing a career as a leader.
And he leads FC REALE and young coaches with knowledge and ideas gained during those career processes .

The way of his athletes training is not only techniques but also mentality and the way athletes ought to be outside of the pitch, which certainly contribute to the growth of the youngsters even if it takes time.

His evolution in the career is not only for himself but also for FC REALE and REALE WORLD.
Manager Bal GOPAL is showing FC REALE players the importance of achieving results by accumulating effortsthrough his own presence.

It has been 9 years since FC REALE started in Nepal.
