入団する子どもたちにとって、FCレアーレで過ごす期間が人生において、本当に意味のある、身になり、実を結ぶ時間になるように、私たちは、常に試行錯誤しています。

そんなFCレアーレに共に活動してくれる新しいコーチが来てくれました。

大友康一コーチです！

海外でプレーする現役プロ選手であり、何より、私たちが一番大切に思っている「人間性」を持つ大友コーチ。

子どもたち一人ひとりと向き合い、練習時間はもちろん、練習以外の時間もFCレアーレのことを思い、考え、向き合ってくれる、とても頼もしい存在です！

サッカーが上手くなり、選手として強くなると同時に、サッカーに取り組むことで自分と向き合い、仲間と共にあって、希望実現に向けて、自ら考え行動できる感性と思考、行動力を身につけていく。

小学校、中学校という子どもたちの心身が大きく変化していく時期に、FCレアーレが、真に子どもたちにとっての優れた「環境」となれるよう、常に向上心を持って活動していきます。
