• Bank transfer: Your donation is complete when the transfer is made.
• Credit card: Payment is processed when you submit your donation.

Delivery

As these are donations, no goods are delivered.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Due to the nature of donations, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations.

To cancel a Monthly Supporter membership, please contact us through the contact details above.

If you complete the cancellation by the 5th of the month, you will not be charged from the end of that month onward.

Each online seminar is held at its scheduled date and time through Zoom or another online meeting system.

Returns and Cancellations

• We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for personal reasons.
• If we cancel or postpone a seminar, we will refund the full amount.
• We will cover any refund fees.
• We will contact you individually about how the refund will be made.
• Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are given once the service has been provided.
