Our work
02-6FOOD & LIFE EDUCATION

Project Overview
How does food influence our bodies and minds? What kind of eating habits help athletes perform at their best? This project goes beyond teaching practical nutrition for athletes. Through food (SHOKU)—something essential to every person’s life—it invites participants to explore not only how to nourish their bodies, but also how to discover how to live fully as oneself.

What Food Reveals About the Body and Mind—Clear, Enjoyable, and Engaging for Children
As part of this project, we offer Athlete Food Education Workshops for elementary and junior high school students and their parents. Using clear, age-appropriate language, the workshops make learning both accessible and enjoyable, and have been well received each time.
At the REALE CUP, we also provide players and others involved in the event with practical, easy-to-understand guidance from the perspective of Food (SHOKU)—information they can put into practice right away.

Creating Your Own User Manual—A Programme That Begins with Food (SHOKU) and Goes Beyond It
The workshops are led by Ryuichi Okada of Athlete Farm, a nutrition consultant who has supported Olympic athletes and many other elite performers through nutrition and dietary guidance.
According to Mr. Okada, no textbook or internet search can provide your own personal “user manual.” It is something each person must discover for themselves. His nutritional consulting begins by helping individuals create that manual.
Working in collaboration with physicians and pharmacists, he provides personalised nutritional guidance based on advanced nutritional science and brain type assessment, offering a tailored approach that supports each person’s unique body and mind.

Nutrition Consultant / Athlete Food Meister / Food Education Instructor / Japan Football Association Certified C-License Coach
Mr. Okada began playing football at the age of four and went on to win both prefectural and regional championships during high school. After a career-ending injury brought his time as a university player to an end, he turned to coaching and helped lead his alma mater to the Inter-High School Championships. Today, he supports athletes of all ages and disciplines—ranging from young athletes during their developmental years to Olympic athletes and professional football players—through personalised nutritional guidance based on advanced nutritional science.
◉ What Is Molecular Alignment Nutrition?
Molecular Alignment Nutrition is a nutritional approach inspired by the work of two-time Nobel Prize laureate Dr. Linus Pauling. Using blood test results, it assesses at the molecular level how effectively nutrients from food are being digested, absorbed, and metabolized. Based on this understanding, nutritional recommendations are tailored to the optimal needs of each individual. By supporting the body’s ability to build and repair cells, this approach helps prevent injuries and illness, promotes faster recovery, and enhances athletic performance.
