By using our bodies and hearts, and by truly feeling ourselves and others, we come to understand our connection with one another and what it means to live together. Through football, FC REALE JAPAN provides an environment where people experience this for themselves. Founded in 2009 and based in Shizuoka, the club includes former professional players and pursues not only athletic excellence but also global personal growth through social contribution and international exchange.

Founded in 2013, FC REALE NEPAL is REALE WORLD’s first football club outside Japan. It provides a place where children can experience for themselves that “I can do it,” no matter their circumstances. So that every child can take part regardless of family situation, the club offers reduced tuition and receives equipment and supplies from Japan. Under the guidance of local former players, it has grown to produce youth national team and professional players, and today it also has a girls’ team.

Timor-Leste gained independence from Indonesia in 2002 after a turbulent era. In the spring of 2026, the third FC REALE was born in this nation. It started with just four donated balls and children playing barefoot — yet their eyes burn with a passion for football. Together with strong local leaders, including national team players, we support children on their path toward a hopeful future.

REALE CUP is a football tournament that brings together wholehearted play and social contribution. In this unique event, the entry fee is a donation of shoes for children in developing countries. With professional-level staging, its greatest aim is to light a fire in players’ hearts and draw out the joy, frustration and other emotions that only wholehearted effort can bring. With time set aside to learn about food education and the realities of the world, it is a tournament where children and adults alike experience and truly feel with their whole bodies.

Nurturing “heroes” who become role models for children leads to the realization of a hopeful future. HERO PROJECT began from what we felt through our activities. In 2026 we also launched HERO PROJECT ZERO, which supports lesser-known teams. The sight of heroes taking a step forward toward greater heights pushes the next generation on — and we will keep setting off that chain of inspiration.

A program for learning hints on “living” through food. Even the timing of what we eat and drink can greatly change performance. Its purpose is to sense the body’s changes and, through that sensation, “understand yourself.” Under the guidance of Ryuichi Okada, Representative of Athlete Farm, the program is tailored to a wide range of participants — from children and aspiring athletes to active professional athletes.

REALE WORLD creates opportunities — such as symposiums — for the skills and experiences of athletes and artists to be passed on. In sports, and equally in art and music, the road to becoming a professional is demanding; through experiencing a wide range of emotions, the senses and skills of body and mind are honed and forged. That is life itself. We hope their experiences become a source of strength and nourishment for those who share this era, circulating richly onward.
