三好茜選手。
19歳で
プロ契約を果たしました！

FCレアーレ卒業生から
初のプロ契約選手、誕生です。

子どもの頃から
サッカーが上手くて才能がずば抜けていた
というわけでは、全くなかった。

「自分の中にある才能」

そんなものは、全然見えていない。
けれど
才能の「カケラ」が、自分の中に「ある」ことを
「好き」という気持ちが
「楽しい」という気持ちが
まるでコンパスのように教えてくれた。

「信じろ、こっちだ」

そこから努力した。

努力して、努力して、努力して。
サッカーでプロになる。
高校に行く道も選ばなかった。
自分のすべてをサッカーに注ぎ込んだ。

手探りの道、全力で走った。
ほぼ、思うようにいかない。
「好き」「楽しい」だったはずのサッカーが
だんだん「やらされている」ことのように思えてくる。

泣いた、怒った、反発した。
もう限界。心の中でサッカーを諦めた日。

でも
辞めさせてもらえなかった。

積み重ねてきた努力によって
内包されていた才能のカケラが
見る人の目に、少しずつその姿を現し始めていたから。

「諦めるな」

終わりにした気持ちを、もう一度、始めるのは
容易ではなかったけれど
自分の足元からのびる道は、その道しかなかった。

「紆余曲折」という言葉がある。
道は一本だけど、その道がうねうねと曲がっていたり、
折れ曲がったりで、物事が簡単ではない様をいう。

日本で、アメリカで、イギリスで
さまざまな環境に身をおいて、進む道はどれも紆余曲折だった。

しかし、その道の先に、「今」がある。
ドイツで、プロとしてピッチを駆け回ることのできる「今」が！

EFFORT　&　NEVER GIVE UP

努力は、嘘をつかない。
諦めず努力することこそが、内なる才能を開花させる。

ここからさらなる高みに向かって挑戦し続けます。

Akane MIYOSHI has achieved a professional contract
at the age of 19!
The first-ever professional football player who had graduated from FC REALE, is born.

She was not an outstanding player at all from her childhood.
She couldn’t see such a thing like an “innate talent “

But her football-loving spirit was telling her that she had a piece of talent within herself like a compass.
“Believe in myself, this way”
Since then, she has started to try.
Tried desperately to become a pro football player.
She didn’t choose the way to attend high school, focusing all her power on football.
With full force she ran, calling for the path.
Things don’t go as wished.
It was supposed to be delightful but seemed to be “forced” to play football.
Cried, got mad, resisted.
“I have reached my limits.” She gave up in her mind one day.
But she was not allowed to quit.
Those pieces of talent accumulated by her efforts had started to appear.
“Don’t give up”
It was not easy to lighten the spirit up again but she confirmed that it was the only path to proceed.

Staying in various circumstances in Japan, the USA and UK, all the paths she took forward were “twists and turns.”
But, she has grabbed “Chance” from there on.
Chance for running around on the pitch as a professional in Germany!

EFFORT & NEVER GIVE UP

Effort will never betray.
Making an effort without giving up is the only way to develop talent.
Akane MIYOSHI, the HERO Project athlete, will keep challenging, aiming higher and higher.
