サントス理事、リーグ離脱の本当の理由

「違うと感じることには疑問を呈するその姿を見せられるのがヒーローだ！」

自分のキャリアよりも未来を守りたいと、変化を起こすための行動を選択した結果、サントス理事が解雇処分になるという、思いもよらないことになりました。

実は、今回サントス理事のネパールリーグの参戦には、ネパールサッカーに恩返しをしたいという想いがありました。
スリースターというチームが今の自分を作ってくれた。
だから、今回、スリースターでプレーすることで、スリースターを通して、ネパールのサッカーに恩返ししたい。

そんな想いで臨んだリーグでした。

しかし、サントス理事の想いとは裏腹にネパールのサッカーのレベルは全然上がっておらず、チーム環境も、選手やコーチ、監督のそれぞれの思考も、まったく発展していないという現実。

それでも、どうにか自分のできることをして、ネパールのサッカーの未来に恩返ししたいと思い、発熱し、思うように動けない中でもプレーし続けました。

そんな中、自分らしいプレーができず歯痒い思いを、誰よりも抱えていたサントス理事が、チーム内での心ない発言にキレてしまったことは事実です。

しかし、カッとして選手として間違った行動をしたことを認め、サントス理事は、すぐに謝罪し、関係を修復しようとし、行動を起こしました。

選手たちのロールモデルとして相応しい行動を見せなければ！　そういう思いからの行動でした。

しかし、監督の反応は、自分の至らない点までもサントス理事のせいにして、ただただサントス理事だけを悪者にし、どちらが上なのかを公衆の面前で見せつけたいと考えるエゴ丸出しのものでした。

ネパールの多くの権力を持つ人たちは、チームのため、ネパールのサッカーのためと、口では言うけれど、実際には、自分の体裁やプライド、そしてお金のためにしか行動しません。

選手や下の立場の者が、彼らにほんの少しでも反対の意見をしようものなら、干されるのは当たり前。
監督に嫌われたら、実力があっても、試合に出してもらえない。
賄賂を払って代表選手に入ろうとする。
下部リーグに降格しないために八百長試合が頻繁に行われる。
そんなことがまかり通っているネパール。

実際に、代表選手の待遇改善を求めた代表チームのキャプテンのキラン選手は、一時期その発言のために代表から外されています。（キラン選手に匹敵するゴールキーパーなどいないにも関わらず）
理事が代表選手の何倍もの月給をもらい、さらには選手の給料の支払いが何ヶ月も延滞されることが日常茶飯事のネパールで、その改善を求める当たり前の発言でさえ、制裁を受ける。
それがネパールのサッカー界の、さらにはネパール社会の現実です。

だから、毎年変わらないどころか、どんどんダメになっていき、レベルが下がっていってしまっています。

代表レベルの選手が、生活のために海外に出稼ぎに出ざるを得ない（サッカー選手としてではなく、労働者として）、トップリーグのプロ選手になっても家族を養えない、そんなネパールサッカーの現状に若者は希望を持てないでいます。

ネパールサッカーの未来のために、違うものは違うと、誰かが言わなくては何も変わりません。

しかし、ネパールで生きている選手には、自分の生活を守るため、家族を守るため、上を敵に回してまで発言することはできません。

ネパールを生活の基盤にしていないサントス理事だからこそ、「それは違う！」と発言することができるのです。

しかし、今回、それをしたために、監督にからクビを言い渡されました。

サントス理事が自分の非を認め謝罪したのにも関わらず、監督は、自分の権威を守りたいという自分のエゴのため、自分の非について一切認めませんでした。

今回、ヒーロープロジェクトの発起人、リーダーとして、保身に走るのではなく、自分のサッカーのキャリアを守るのではなく、ネパールの未来に変化を起こすために、サントス理事が、違うものに対して違う！と伝えるという行動を起こせた事は、心の中でいつも不満と不安を抱えているネパールの若い選手たちの気持ちを代弁し、そして、少なからず悪しき風習を持つ世界に、何かしらの波紋は起こせたと感じます。

自分のキャリアをかけて、ネパールサッカー界の正すべき部分に対して発言したサントス理事。

今回の発言だけですぐに何かが変わるわけではないでしょう。

しかし、サントス理事の行動は、選手たちの気持ちのどこかには変化を起こせたと確信しています。

若い選手たちを育てていくことにフォーカスし、恐れずに、未来に変化を起こしていける行動をしていきたい。
今回、サントス理事は、それを行動で見せてくれました。

現在の環境や状況に不満があるなら、ただ愚痴をこぼすだけではなく、自らが変わり、行動を起こしその環境を自らの手で変えていこう！

そう言うメッセージが、ネパールの人々に、少しでも伝わったのではないかと思います。

残念なことに、リーグ最後まで戦えなかったことは、応援してくれるファンの皆様に対しては申し訳なく感じていますが、ネパールの未来に変化を起こすための行動を起こせた事は、今後の活動をしていく上で大きな行動だと言えます。

• ヒーローだからできること。
• ヒーローにしかできないこと。
• 未来を変える。
• 未来を担う若者たちの意識を変える。

リーグで自分の記録を作ることよりも、それを優先したサントス理事をリーダーとして、これからもレアーレワールドは、変化を起こせる活動をしてまいります。

そのためにも人を育てる活動に力を入れていきたいと考えています。

レアーレワールドが今、ネパールのサッカー界に対して意見をしたところで、何かをすぐ変えられるものではありません。

私たちにできることは、人を育て羽ばたける場所を作ること。

それを見て希望を持てなかった人たちが、希望を持ち、生きる力を得られる、そんな場所を作る事こそが、社会に、世界に、プラスの変化を、希望の変化を起こしていける方法である、と考えています。

私たちが今、作ろうとしているレアーレグラウンドも、世界中の人の希望を作るための場所です。

伊東市だけのグラウンドではなく、日本を始め、世界の希望を持てない若者たちの希望の場になれる、そんな場所を作りたい！と思って活動していますので、必ず、そんな場所を作る事ができるように、行動してまいります。

口ではなく、行動で見せていける団体になるために、動いていきますので、より多くの方にご理解いただき、ともに活動していければ幸いです。

一緒に希望を作るためのグラウンドを完成させましょう！

Challenge The Truthfulness 
That’s The Real HERO!

As a result of taking an action that protects future and produces a change, the REALE WORLD’s Board of Director,　Santosh was discharged from the team. It was an unforeseen event for anyone.

Santosh had a thought to return an obligation by participation in the Nepal League this time.

He never forgot that he owes what he is now to the Three Star team.
He wished to repay the Nepal League through Three Star.
That is the reason he came back. 

Contrary to his thought, Nepal soccer level has not risen at all.

The fact is that not only teams’ environments, but the thinking power of players, coaches and managers have not developed.
But he kept playing with his strong will to do what he can do for the future of Nepal soccer, even under feverish conditions.

He was suffering because he could not play as wished.

Under such circumstances, thoughtless remarks from the team made him furious.

Soon after that he admitted that his attitude was improper for an athlete and tried to express his apology.

The consciousness as a role model to the young players led him to do so.

But the reaction of the head coach fully exposed his selfishness, wishing to show his power in public. The head coach put the blame even his own inadequateness on Santosh and blackened Santosh’s name.  

Those who have power say things like “I am thinking of the team,” “I am working for the Nepal soccer world” 

but it is all talk.

They only work for their own appearances, pride and money.

If  players and people in the weak position do such a thing like stating opinions to them, they drop from the team.
It is unforgivable that such things should be possible in this country.

That is the reason Nepal soccer is becoming useless and the level is getting low.

For the future of Nepal soccer, someone must say “No!” to untruth otherwise nothing will be changed.

But players, who live in Nepal, cannot speak against their boss to protect their own life and family.

It is Santosh, whose base is not in Nepal, that can say 

“It is not right!” 

This time he was fired by the head coach for doing it.
Though Santosh admitted his fault and apologized, the head coach did not accept it to protect his authority and ego.

As a leader of the HERO PROJECT, the attitude and action of Santosh, which was not for self-protection or carrier-protection, compensated for the young Nepal players’ feeling and created a stir in the bad customs.

And we believe his action caused some changes in players’ minds, even if it could not make a big change in the soccer world right away.

Wish to focus on raising the young athletes and keep taking actions to create changes to our future without fear.

Santosh showed his spirit by his action this time.

If you are not satisfied with your own environment and situations, stop complaining and change yourself and take actions to change it by yourself!

That is the message from Santosh.

He regrets that he won’t play the league until the end and is sorry for all of his supporters.

Change the young people’s consciousness who bear the future

REALE WORLD will be more active to create changes with Santosh as a leader, who prioritized it more than surpassing his own record.

And we will put effort into the activities to raise the young.

The things we can do is to produce the space to raise people and to spread their wings. The space for the people who have lost their hope can get back HOPE and power to live. We think it is the true way to create positive changes to society and the world.

The REALE GROUND is the genuine place to create HOPE for the people around the world .

It is for all young people and children in the world to make HOPE.

We are as good as our word!
So please take actions together with us and move forward for the ground full of HOPE!
