最後まで諦めない！逆転勝利のジュニアユースの練習試合！Junior youth team came from behind to win

FCレアーレ・ジャパンは小学生から中学生までがサッカーを通し、切磋琢磨しています。
ジュニアユースは、どのように運営していくのが良いのか、試行錯誤の毎日ではありますが、今できるベストな形、そしてレアーレだから出来ることをしています。

小学生に比べて中学生は、人数は少ないのですが、その分、個々にフォーカスした指導ができます。
一人ひとりの個性をみながら、目標、進路などについて、じっくりと話し合いながら、しっかりとガイドしています。

昨日は、さまざまな方の協力を得て、練習試合をさせていただきました。

前半は0-3と負けで折り返し、もう後がない感じでしたが、こういう形勢が悪い時に、どう立て直せるかというのが大切です。後半は、全員が諦めずに、必死に反撃。前半とは見違えるような動きを見せ、劇的な4-3で逆転勝利となりました。

選手たちにとっても昨日の試合はいい経験になったのではないかと思います。

子どもたちが試合をできるように、たくさんのサポートをいただき、本当にありがとうございました。

今後どのような形が良いのか、トライアンドエラーがしばらく続くかもしれませんが、私たちの考えるベストなあり方を、子どもたちのためにも作っていきます。

子どもたちと一緒に、チームとしても、成長していきたい。

Never give up! Junior youth team came from behind to win in a practice match.

We are doing what we think is the best right now, through trial and error on how to manage the FC Reale Japan junior youth.
Since the number of player is smaller than that of U12, we canfocus on each individual.

Yesterday,  our junior youth team had a practice match with the cooperation of various people.
In the first half, FC Reale lost 0-3 and turned back, but it is important how to recover when such a bad situation occurs.
In the second half, everyone did not give up and fought back desperately. The movement was different from the first half, and it was a dramatic 4-3 victory.
We think yesterday’s match was a good experience for the children as well.
