One team、Familyを私たちが目指すのはなぜか。

私たちは、FCレアーレの活動を通して、未来、大人になって社会で生きていく子どもたちが、能力や才能を発揮してイキイキと生き、リーダーとして活躍する、出来るように育成することを目指しています。

• どんな環境の変化にも対応できる柔軟性
• どんな問題も解決していける自己問題解決力
• 人と協力して生きていけるコミュニケーション能力

私たちが育みたいのは、そうした子どもたちの中にある力であり、それを引き出し、磨き高め、伸ばしていける場として、チームで行うスポーツ「サッカー」を選んでいます。

人は、自分ひとりでは生きていません。
だから
自分さえ良ければいい、という考えは成立しません。

それぞれに凸凹のある人間同士です。
だから
力を出し合い協力し合ってこそ、生き抜くことができます。
そして
みんなが良くなり、全体で向上するためにも自分自身が常に向上を目指す。

それではじめて、人が成長していける「環境」になります。

サッカーも、同じですよね。

それを身につけるのは、言葉で言うほど簡単ではありません。
一夜でできるようなことではなく、地道な努力、努力を重ねる時間が必要不可欠です。

今、レアーレのOB（高校生）が、率先して中学生のサポートに来てくれています。

保護者の方々からも、OBが下の子たちの面倒を見に来るなんて他にはないことだと言われます。確かにまわりを見渡しても稀有な例だと思います。

自分たちがしてもらった良いことを、次の世代へ。

OBのみんなが自然にそうした行動を選択できるのは「これまで」の年月があったからです。

コーチたちの毎日の取り組みは、子どもたちに「サッカーだけ」ではなく、サッカーを通して、人として成長していくことを目指してなされていたからです。

言われてやるなら、すぐにも出来ます。しかし、１回きりになるでしょう。
「自発的に」という行動は、力を育む時間が必要なのです。

人は、ひとりでは生きていないのです。

物質的には豊かになりひとりでも生きていけるかのように錯覚しますが、決してそうではありません。

私たちは、One team であり、Family であるということを、FCレアーレ、REALE WORLDの活動を通して、子どもたちに、体感・実感する環境を創造し、力を育み、行動していける人を育てる「人間教育」をしています。

OBのみんなのサポートに、感謝の気持ちを込めて。

Why are we aiming for One team, Family?

Through the activities of FC REALE, we aim to develop children so that they can exercise their abilities and talents to live and become active leaders when they grow up.

• Flexibility to adapt to any environmental change
• Self-solving ability to solve any problem
• Communication ability to live in cooperation with other people

What we want to grow is these powers within the children. We choose “soccer”, a sport that teams perform, as a place to pull it out, improve it, and grow it.

People are not living alone.
So we must take care of others as well.

Each person has irregularities.
Therefore, we can survive only by working together.
And in order for everyone to improve, each person have to constantly aim for improvement.

By doing so, we create an “environment” in which people can grow.

Soccer is the same, isn’t it?

Learning it is not as easy as it sounds.

It is not something that can be done overnight, but steady effort and time to make efforts are essential.

Now, alumni of REALE (high school student) is taking the initiative to support junior high school students.
Parents also say that there is no other team for an alumni to take care of juniors. It’s a rare example of looking around.
They will pass on the good things they have given to the next generation.

Alumni can naturally choose to do so because of our “past” activities.
Coaches have not only taught children how to play football, but worked to help them grow as people through football.
If they did it because they were told, it would be only once.
“Spontaneous” behavior requires time.

People are not living alone.

We sometimes have the illusion that we are materially rich and can live alone, but never by any means

Through the activities of FC REALE and REALE WORLD, we will create an environment in which children can feel that they are one team and Family.
We carry out “human education” that nurtures people who can develop their strength and act.
