壁を壊してその先へ！
「レアーレらしい」スタイルでサッカーも英語も取り組みます ! Break the wall and go further!

先日、プレスタートをお伝えした英会話スクール「REALE ENGLISH」は、
止むを得ず休止することになりました。

理由はルイース先生の母国・アメリカでの新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の再燃です。
経済活動の制限も再び始まる中、ルイース先生はご家族のこともあり、一旦アメリカに帰国しなければならなくなったのです。

突然のことで、私たちとしても非常に残念ですが、プレスタートしたことで気づけたことがあり、英会話スクールを再開するまでの間、そのことに取り組みます。

それは、私たちの中にある「壁」を壊すことです。

英会話スクールを始めて気づいたこと。
それは、みんな「英語を話したい」と思っているのですが

●正しい英語で、話さなければならない。
●正しい英語でなければ、間違い＝ダメだ。
そして
●間違った英語では、恥ずかしい。

と思っている、ということです。

NPO REALE WORLDは、その名の通り、WORLD＝Borderless です！

そして、言葉は正しく話すためにあるのではなく、伝えるための「道具」です。

だから、「英語」「日本語」「フランス語」など、使用言語の括りは、実は無くて良く、「伝わる」が１番。

伝われば、良いのです！

言語は、気持ち、状況を「伝え」理解する、そのためにあるのですから！

私たちは、再開までに、レアーレの子どもたち、大人たちが
●間違えたら恥ずかしい
●正しくないといけない
などの価値観を壊し、言葉の「壁」の無い状態を作ろうと思います！

そして、言葉の「壁」だけではなく、学年という「壁」も壊して、レアーレという　One team 、Familyになるために、火曜日は、全員でサッカーをする日にしました！

第１回目の今日は、あいにく雨で、ロログラウンドしか使えず、高学年のみでしたが、その場にいた幼児さんたちも混ざり、高学年が幼児さんたちをガイドしました。

そして、ネパール代表のプロサッカー選手・サントス選手と英語でコミュニケーションをとりながら、コーチたちも、日本語を使わず練習しました。

「合っている・間違っている」ではなく、伝われば、良い。

その価値観を、子どもたちに身につけてもらうために、Borderlessなレアーレの新たなチャレンジがスタートしました。

The English conversation school “REALE ENGLISH”  that we told you will be closed for a while.

The reason was the re-emergence of the spread of the new coronavirus infection in the United States, the home country of Mr. Louise.
Mr. Louise had to return to the United States due to his family.

We are very disappointed with this as well. However, with the pre-start, we noticed the following: 

Everyone wants to speak English, but they can’t speak English because of the barrier “I have to speak in correct English, it’s embarrassing in wrong English”.

REALE WORLD aims for a borderless world.

Language is a “tool” for communication, and speaking correctly is not an issue. It doesn’t matter which language you speak, such as “English”, “Japanese” or “French”. Communication is the most important thing. Words are there to communicate and understand emotions and situations!

By the time the school is reopened, we will break existing ideas such as “Embarrassing if I make a mistake ”, “ I must be correct ” .

And we break down not only the language barrier but also the grade barrier, and the REALE becomes “One team” and “Family”.
Toward that goal, we have made every Tuesday a “day to play soccer all together”!

Unfortunately on the first Tuesday it was raining and we could only use the narrow loroground, so we couldn’t join all, but a dozen or so big and small children practiced together.

During the practice, a Nepalese professional soccer player, Santosh, communicated in English. Other coaches didn’t use Japanese either.

The important thing is to communicate.

A new Borderless REALE Challenge has begun to help children learn the values.
