子どもたちがモチベーション（意欲）を持って努力できる環境をつくる Create Environment For Children

サントス理事から笑顔でトロフィーをもらっているのは２年生のヤマキ君。先月のレアーレカップU8で、トップスコア賞に輝きました。

当日、トロフィーは１つだったため、ヤマキ君には、当日は我慢してもらい、練習の時に、サントス理事から改めて表彰とトロフィーを授与してもらいました。

サントス理事は子どもたちに向かって語りかけます。

「なぜ、トロフィーがもらえると思う？」
「努力する、そして、結果が出せたら、いろんなところで表彰してもらえるんだ」
「みんなの練習を見ていて思っていたことがある。
それは『この練習で、絶対に上手くなるんだ！』そういう気持ちで、意欲的に練習に取り組んでいる子を、今まで見たことがない、ってこと」

ストレートな言葉。
プロの目から見たことを、子どもたちに伝えます。

「コーチに言われたことをしているだけでは上手くはならないよ。
いい？
練習というのは『どうすれば上手くなれるだろう』って自分で考える。
自分から練習する。
レアーレに来ている時だけ練習しても上手くはならないからね」

サントス理事には、自分の経てきたいろんな経験があります。
経験に裏打ちされた指摘やアドバイスは、子どもの心に響いていきます。

ヤマキ君にはサントス理事からシューズも贈られました。
「いつもは対人を怖がってしまうヤマキ君が、今回のレアーレカップでは怖がらなかった。一所懸命に向かっていっていた。その姿に感動しました」

授与されたヤマキ君は、みんなの前でお礼の言葉を述べました。
「僕がこうして得点を取れたのは、みんながいてくれたからです。みんなの力のおかげです。ありがとうございました。」

笑顔と言葉、とても素晴らしかったです。

レアーレワールドの私たちは、

• サッカーが好き
• もっと上手くなりたい
• もっと強くなりたい

子どもたちが、自分の思いに気づいた時、いかに実現に向けて自らを進めていくのか、いかに自分に新しい世界を見せ続けていくのか、子どもたちがモチベーションを持って行動を選択し、努力し続けること、そして、その中に見出す、嬉しさや喜び、さまざまな感情と気づきを、多様な大人たちの関わりの中で、サポートしています。

それができる環境を、常に創造し続けるべく、大人たちも努力を重ねています。

Create Environment For Children
To Raise Motivation (Enthusiasm) and Making Effort

It is Yamaki in second grade who receive a trophy with a happy face from the Board Member, Santosh.

He excellently won the Top Score Award at the REALE CUP last month. But the only one trophy for the prize was prepared on that day, his awarding ceremony was postponed. Then finally at the usual practicing time, he received the certificate of commendation and the trophy from Santosh.

Santosh is speaking to children.
“How do you think you can get a trophy?”
“Make an effort and if you can achieve results, you will be commended everywhere.”
“I’ve been thinking something about your practices.
I have seen none of you practicing enthusiastically with spirit like ‘I will absolutely get better’ ”

A straight word.

He is telling children what he looks through a professional’s eyes.

“You will never get better if you only do what you are told to do by coaches. 
Understand?”
You need to ask yourself ‘What should I do to get better?’ 
And practice on your own initiative.
You’ll have no chance to get better, if only practicing at REALE class.” 　

Santosh has many experiences.
His words depending on the experiences resonates in children’s heart.

Yamaki was also gifted a pair of shoes from Santosh.
“Usually you fear of people but you didn’t at the REALE CUP, confronting bravely. I was just moved by your attitude.” 

Yamaki expressed words of gratitude in front of his team mates.
“Thanks to everyone staying with me, I could get scores.

Thank you very much for your power.
Wonderful smile and speech.

We, the REALE WORLD are supporting children.

I love playing soccer!
I wish to get skillful!
I wish to get stronger!

When children come to know their own wish,
how they could advance themselves to achieve fulfillment of dreams 
how they could keep themselves sensing the new world 

We are supporting children in connection with various adults to raise motivation, to choose the action, to make an effort and to find a joy, happiness and variety of emotions in those actions.

We, adults are making an effort to keep producing the environment for children to have chances and experiences.
We transform your great support into power and do our best!!!!!
