第39回南伊豆町町長杯少年サッカー大会の「アナザーストーリー」”Another Story” at the Minamiizu Mayor’s Cup

そこにある「アナザーストーリー」
私たちが育みたいものーーー。

10/25に行われた、第39回南伊豆町町長杯少年サッカー大会。
FCレアーレは、U-8が優勝、U-7が準優勝。未就学児さんの「ちびっこチーム」も小学生を相手に大健闘し３位になりました。

その背景には、もう１つのストーリーがあります。

チーム編成にあたり、小学生相手に戦う「ちびっこチーム」にも善戦できるように、２年生から１人、１年生から２人に入ってもらいました。

２年生のYくんは、本当に気持ちよくちびっこチームに入ってくれて、キーパーとして、大量得点されたり悔しい思いも味わいながら、それでも最後まで不貞腐れたりすることなく、幼児さんたちをリードしてくれました。

結果、２年生チームは、この試合で初優勝を飾り、みんなが勝利を喜んでいました。

ハトコーチは言います。

「僕も２年生頑張ったね！って褒めていたんです。
帰宅すると、２年生の保護者の方からメールが届きました。Yくん、頑張ってくれましたね！！！！って。その言葉で、僕は、ハッとしたんです。Yくんだって本当なら初優勝チームの一員だったのに、ちびっこチームを支え得てくれていた。そのYくんのことを、どこまで思い遣れただろうって」

反省したハトコーチは、保護者の方々に、Yくんが文句も言わず、チームのために頑張ってくれたことを伝えるメールを書き、Yくんのお母さんにも、気持ちを伝える連絡をしました。

すると、お母さんからは、Yくんはこの１日のことを「楽しかった！」と言っていること、本来なら一緒に優勝を喜び合うはずだった同級生の２年生チームのことを「すごかったんだよ！」とずっと褒めていたと、返信が来ました。

「いいな～」という気持ちもあったみたいだけれど、一切そんな様子を見せず、最後まで、帰ってからも、チームのことを思い、仲間の勝利を喜んでいたYくん。

「そんな息子を見て、誇りに思いました」と、お母さんの気持ちが添えられていました。

私たちの育みたいものーーー。
それは、仲間の頑張りを、素直に喜べる心です。

悔しさも羨ましさもあるけれど、それがあってもなお「仲間を喜べる」その素直な思いは、大人、子ども関係なく、まわりを明るくし、未来を照らし出す「輝き」だと思います。

FCレアーレの保護者の皆さんは、チーム全体をいつも思ってくださって、子どもたちの頑張りに目を向け、気を配ってくださっています。コーチとコミュニケートしてチーム全体が向上していこう！アクションの１つ１つにその気持ちがこもっています。

コーチたちもその思いに応え、試行錯誤、より良くなっていこうと努力する。

私たちは、そんな前向きな大人たちの輪の中で、子どもたちを、輝く未来を育てています！

“Another Story” at the Minamiizu Mayor’s Cup
What we want to grow.

The 39th Minamiizu Mayor’s Cup Youth Soccer Tournament was held on October 25th.

FC Reale’s U-8 won the championship, and U-7 won the runner-up. The preschooler team also made a great struggle against elementary school students and finished third.

Another story is behind it.

In forming the team, we asked one second grader and two first graders to join the preschooler team so that the preschooler team could fight well against elementary school students.

Y-kun, a second-year student, joined the preschooler team, and as a keeper, he led the preschoolers, even though he was scoring a lot and feeling regrettable.

As a result, the second graders team won their first victory in this match, and everyone was happy to win.

Coach Hato says.

“I praised the second graders team for their hard work.
When I got home, I received an email from a guardian of the second grade.
Y-kun did his best! !! !! 
That word made me feel relieved.Y-kun was really a member of the first winning team, but he supported the preschooler team.How much did I think about Y-kun? “

Coach Hato regretted and wrote an email to parents telling Y-kun that he did his best for the team without complaining, and contacted Y-kun’s mother to express his feelings.

Then his mom replied to Coach Hato.

Y-kun said that this day was “fun!” And he always praised the second-year team of classmates who were supposed to be happy to win together, saying “it was amazing!” ..

It seems that he was envious, but he didn’t show such a situation at all, thought about the team, and was pleased with the victory of his friends.

“I was proud to see such a son,” said her mother.

What we want to grow up is a heart that is obediently pleased with the efforts of our friends.

There are regrets and envy, but even with that, I think that the honest feeling of “pleasing friends” is the “brilliance” that brightens the surroundings and illuminates the future, regardless of whether they are adults or children.

The parents of FC Reale are always thinking about the whole team and paying attention to the efforts of the children.

They are trying to improve as a team by communicating with their coaches.
Coaches also respond to their parents’ wishes and strive to improve through trial and error.

We are nurturing children in a bright future in such a circle of positive adults!
